Colombia Cesar Buesaquillo (filter)

This coffee was grown by Cesar Buesaquillo on the La Esmeralda farm. The cherries were carefully hand-picked to ensure that only the ripest ones were selected, and then hand sorted to remove any defects. The coffee was sundried on raised beds in temperature-controlled conditions until it reached the ideal moisture content. This micro-lot consists entirely of the Pink Bourbon varietal, which is currently under research to determine its origin. It is believed to be a mutation that occurred at an altitude of 2100 meters above
sea level in San Adolfo, Huila.
