Ethiopia Dara (espresso and filter)
Ethiopia Dara (espresso and filter)
The coffee is grown in Sidamo Dara, where the soil is fertile and the climate is perfect for producing exceptional coffee. The dry processing station covers 2.8 hectares and has 200 drying beds. The coffee undergoes natural processing, resulting in a sweeter and fruitier profile. After drying, the cherries are stored in a cool place for a few weeks to develop the flavours within the beans. Once the resting period is complete, the dried cherries are hulled to remove the dried outer skin and pulp. Coffee is collected from more than 500 family-owned farms in Sidamo Dara. The processing facilities are meticulously organised to consistently yield exceptional coffee each year and are operated by a dedicated team.
