Ethiopia Kochere (filter)
Yirgacheffe Kochere is a renowned coffee-producing
region in Ethiopia known for its high altitude, moderate
rainfall, and fertile soil. The community relies on coffee
cultivation as a primary source of income, and the harvest
season is a time of great importance and celebration. Our
well-structured processing sites ensure consistent, high-
quality coffee production sourced from more than 450
farmers in neighbouring areas. The washed coffee process,
or wet processing, involves selective harvesting, pulping,
fermentation, washing, drying, sorting, and roasting. This
method is known to produce coffee with bright acidity and a
crisp, clean flavour profile.
